Hi.
I think a new category should be protein-rich meals. I work out and try to lose weight, and I save a lot from Facebook and Instagram about meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) that focus on low calories and high protein. Quark, cottage cheese, protein, etc., everything from bread to chicken.
