Mark my recipes as cooked

I would like to have a label and a comment on what I have cooked.

For example, a pot and then a speech bubble if I have commented on the recipe, so that I can easily see if I have cooked it and written any comments about the recipe.

Maybe even be able to mark it as a favorite with a heart and then filter my favorite recipes.
